How do you pay for goods with the Card?

Present the Card for payment. You will receive a charge slip showing details like your card number, purchase date and purchase amount. Check the date and amount, and if they are correct then sign the charge slip. Please keep the charge slip's copy to reconcile against your monthly statement.

How & When do you Receive your Bill ?

When you purchase goods with the Premium Card you will receive: A monthly statement of account detailing all the charges you have made on the Premium Card since your last statement, with amounts shown in local currency.

Please ensure that you always settle your due installments in full every month immediately upon receipt of your monthly statement. Non-payment of your account could result in the suspension or cancellation of your Premium Card.

Please ensure that you keep the copies of the charge slips to assist you in reconciling your account.

How do you Pay your Bill ?

Visa & MasterCard scheme:

Your bill is deducted from your Visa or MasterCard account monthly on ten installments free of interest.

Employer scheme:

Your bill is deducted from your monthly paycheck on ten installments free of interest as per the agreement signed with your employer

 

 

What happens if your Card is lost or stolen?

Emergency Card Replacement: In the unfortunate event that the Premium Card is lost or stolen, you can be issued a new card usually within 5 working days through the Customer Service unit. You must therefore:

  • Immediately contact the customer Service unit Tel. (202) 3369021.

  • Inform them of your Premium Card number and when it was lost or stolen.

  • A replacement card will be issued. You can receive it from the customer service unit or request it to be mailed or couriered to you wherever you are.

  • Please make sure you sign the new card upon receipt.

For your own security please keep the Premium Card with you at all times.

 

Premium Card Renewal ?

You will normally be sent a new card a few days before the expiry date of the card you currently hold. For your own security please:

  • Sign the new card immediately upon receipt.

  • Destroy the previous card.
