Course
Objectives:
One thing is certain about business – there will be numerous changes in
the workplace. Etiquette, or behaving in an appropriate manner, has become a
key strategy to getting ahead – and staying ahead – in the business world.
As
companies restructure and downsize, some industries will contract while others
expand. As the competition becomes fiercer, getting or keeping a job, or being
promoted, will hinge not only on how qualified you are – for there are hundreds
of others with similar qualifications – but how appropriate you behave, and how
much you look and act the part for that particular position. Rules change not
only from industry to industry but also from company to company.
