This course will train participants on how to have a clear understanding about the guidelines of effective communication skills, improve their communication skills with others as individuals and/or professionals, and differentiate between the verbal and non-verbal models of communication.

As the competition becomes fiercer, getting or keeping a job, or being promoted, will hinge not only on how qualified you are – for there are hundreds of others with similar qualifications – but how appropriate you behave, and how much you look and act the part for that particular position. Rules change not only from industry to industry but also from company to company.
