Vacancies with a growing direct sales provider

Founded in 2002, Deraya aims to be the leading and most preferred sales service provider in the region. The company is specialized in Sales and Credit services. It offers it services to a multitude of industries, primarily focusing on the banking, insurance, IT and telecommunications services.

Deraya partners & operators have extensive experience in sales and sales management. Ashraf Zaki, Ahmed Soliman and Mohamed Shafei Started initially by doing entry-level sales jobs, the partners then progressed in their careers and became responsible for managing sales organizations and distribution channels of leading multinational corporations in the Egyptian market. Xerox, Procter & Gamble and Citigroup were among the major organizations that equipped the partners with in-depth sales expertise. Having worked all over Egypt in different sales jobs and different industries, the partners contributed to building mega brands such as Xerox document solutions, Ariel, Pampers, as well as Citibank credit cards and personal loans.

Among their key achievements is the establishment of Egypt’s first financial services distributor: Citigroup’s “Consumer Finance”. A 400-employees organization of which 90% are sales executives geared to sell exclusively Citibank consumer bank products. The team had the full responsibility of structuring, developing and managing – the first of its kind – distributor for Citibank in Egypt.

The cross industry sales know-how coupled with extensive process engineering and people management practice gave the partners a solid base to start their entrepreneurial career and establish Deraya.

The company is currently seeking to fill the following vacancies:

·         Sales Manager

·         Direct Sales Executive

(1) Sales Manager 

Manages a team of sales executives in the fields of banking, mortgage financing and international health insurance

Qualifications:

* Minimum 2 years of relevant sales management experience

* Fluency in spoken and written English

* Success track record demonstrating high level of initiative, social skills and networking.

* Outstanding people management abilities.

* Bachelor degree and military exemption or completion.

* Car ownership

* Gender: Male and Female – Formally presentable

* Education: University graduate

* Willingness to relocate to Dubai is a plus.

Compensation:

Fixed Monthly Income: 3500 - 5000 L E

Variable Monthly Compensation = Up to 5000 LE based on performance

(2) Direct Sales Executive(s)

Direct Sales of exclusive products in the fields of real state, mortgage financing and International health insurance. Target market is Egypt’s affluent society including high net worth individuals and families, as well as senior management of major corporations

Qualifications:

* Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience

* Fluency in spoken and written English

* Success track record demonstrating high level of initiative, social skills and networking.

* Bachelor degree and military exemption or completion.

* Car ownership

* Gender: Male and Female – formally presentable

* Education: University graduate

Compensation:

Fixed Monthly Income: LE 1500 - 2500

Variable Monthly Compensation = Up to 4000 LE based on performance
