 1) Customer Service / Marketing Assistant 

Job duties:

The primary mission of the Customer Service & Marketing Assistant is to handle and cover all customer service requirements, promote / Cross sell all CA retail products and handling all borrowing clients issues. 

Qualifications:

  • Excellent command of English language (spoken, Written).

  • Good command of Pc skills.

  • Good Interpersonal skills.

  • Self motivated and result oriented.

  • Customer service and Communication skills courses will be an asset.

  • 1-2 years of Banking experience.


 

 

 

2)  Teller

Job duties:

The primary mission of the Teller is to Serve client's needs in term of depositing cash and cheques and handling remittance & settlement functions.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent command of English language (spoken, Written).

  • Good command of Pc skills.

  • Good Interpersonal skills.

  • Self motivated and result oriented.

  • 1-2 years of Banking experience.


 

 

3)  Call Center Agent

Job duties:

The primary mission of the Call Center Agent is to provide customer service support and online to callers for all visa related issues.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent command of English language (spoken, Written).

  • Good command of Pc skills.

  • Self motivated and result oriented.

  • Good Interpersonal skills.

  • 1-2 year of Banking experience.


 

 

4)  Tele collection Representative 

Job duties:

The primary mission of the Telecollection Representative is responsible for the  customers' overdue amounts collection and control the flow of accounts to higher buckets in order to reduce delinquency rates .

Qualifications:

  • Excellent command of English language (spoken, Written).

  • Good command of Pc skills.

  • Self motivated and result oriented.

  • Good Interpersonal skills.

  • 1-2 year of Banking experience.
