Computer World WLL a leading knowledge management enabler in the kingdom of Bahrain is looking for IT professionals in the following areas for immediate appointment.
1: Microsoft Infrastructure Consultants
Details:
Must be an diploma/engineering graduate with 5 to 7 years in IT services & minimum 3 years+ experience in design, deployment and support level knowledge of Microsoft Windows 2003, ISA, Exchange 2003 / 2007 architecture, planning operation and, administration is a must. Experience in migrating from earlier version will be advantageous. Experience on Microsoft Operations Manager (MOM 2005) & Systems Management Server 2003 (SMS) is preferred with the ability to analyze systems management needs in the context of the business and develop strategies and technical architectures based on Microsoft Systems Management solutions. . Knowledge on Mobile Information Server (MIS) and mobile technologies will be advantageous. The candidate must have Technical Pre Sales skills and articulate business logic and bale to provide consultancy services.
Salary: USD 2000 + USD 400 as HRA+ CAR
2: Account Manager – Hardware Sales
Graduate with 3 to 5 years in IT services. Experience in hardware sales and has the flair to identify business opportunities & to devise solution for vertical market
Salary: USD 1500 + USD300 as HRA+ CAR allowance + incentives
3: Account Manager –Solution Sales
Graduate with 6 to 8 years in IT services. Experience in selling Enterprise Content Management & ERP Solutions with sound knowledge on Microsoft technologies, licensing models and has the flair to identify business opportunities & to devise solution for vertical markets. Knowledge on Document Management, SAN and high availability solution will be advantageous.
Salary: USD 1750 + USD300 as HRA+ CAR + incentives
4: Assistant Customer Support Manager
Must be a diploma/engineering graduate with 8 to 10 years in Customer Support & minimum of 2+ years experience in leading a team of Engineers.
Must be certified Cisco and MSCE Engineer
- Assisting Customer Support Manager to run a Very Efficient & Profitable Customer Support Department
- Man management skills to lead a team of engineers
-Skills for leading and managing various Projects independently
- Expertise in Dell Servers, Dell EMC Storage,
Microsoft technologies and Cisco products
- Should be able to ensure smooth and profitable operations of service
center/Warranty/RMA business
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication with customers.
- Motivating team members and customer satisfaction
- Inventory Management
- Achieving a revenue and profit target of the dept.
Salary: USD 1650 + USD300 as HRA+ CAR
Must be a diploma/engineering graduate with 3 to 7 years in IT services & minimum of 2 years+ experience in design, deployment and support level knowledge of Dell – EMC SAN & Tape Library, Detailed understanding of high availability and disaster recovery procedures is a must. The candidate must have experience in design and deployment on SAN & Veritas. The candidate must have the ability to analyse business needs in the context of the high availability and disaster recovery solutions. Good Understanding of EMC range of products. Candidates with EMC certification will be given added advantage
Salary: USD 1650 + USD300 as HRA+ CAR
6: Storage Consultant – Veritas
Must be a diploma/engineering graduate with 5 to 7 years in IT services & minimum of 3 years+ experience in design, deployment and support level knowledge of Symantec-Veritas Cluster Service, Volume Replicator, Netbackup and Back up Exec. Detailed understanding of high availability and disaster recovery procedures is a must. The candidate must have experience in design and deployment on Veritas products. The candidate must have the ability to analyze business needs in the context of the high availability and disaster recovery solutions. The candidate must have Technical Pre Sales skills and certification of Storage and Veritas. Knowledge on Dell – EMC Clariion & Tape Library will be advantageous
Salary: USD 1650 + USD300 as HRA+ CAR
Ø Diploma/ Degree in Computers/ Electronics Engineering
Ø Cisco certified – CCNP) with 4+ years of experience
Ø Should keep monitoring & reporting performance & average traffic load accordingly for all network devices and lines to avoid any traffic congestions.
Ø Study and propose for network upgrade.
Ø Rectify network security weaknesses.
Ø Site survey for new network connections.
Ø Configure network devices ( Infrared, Switches , Routers, Firewall, etc)
Ø Maintain and support the Fibre end to end connection.
Ø Update Supervising Engineer about ongoing support incidents and closure of an incident
Ø Document reported problems and associated solutions
Salary: USD 1650 + USD300 as HRA+ CAR
