WANT TO OVERCOME YOUR DEPRESSION?

Depression is often a mis-used word. Feeling under the weather is referred to as a depression, when in reality it comes in two different forms, which eventually sub-divide.
Internal depression occurs from something within the person whether genetic or biochemical. Mild depression could be due to an environmental cause, while serve depression is more serious. When people lose touch with reality, the medical field labels the condition as “depressive psychosis”. The world health organization claims that there are approximately 100 million depressed individuals.

Depression is also the inability to differentiate between reality and idealism. Hormones can be a leading factor in women, and can be regarded a mind body connection. However, research is contradicting this statement, identifying a chemical in potatoes, which could act in the same manner as Prozac is still under investigation, but the results are still inconclusive.
