The Human Resources Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in Egypt (AMCHAM), invited Sherif Samy, skill-link.com's Chairman to address its members on December 30th 2002.

Sherif presented the state of "recruitment" in Egypt in 2002; discussing new trends, assessing various recruitment channels, analyzing practices of both employers and job seekers; in addition to outlining certain salary indicators for selected professions. The audience agreed that despite growing unemployment in the country, finding the right professional was always a challenging and difficult task.
