In a recent article on human resources and skill availability in retail banking, the weekly business newspaper “Al Mal” interviewed skill-link.com about how it views the changes in the human resources skills and availability with regards to the growing offerings of retail banking in Egypt.

 

Sherif Samy, skill-link.com’s Chairman was quoted commenting on how scarce experienced professionals in retail banking are in the country, and how some banks had to attract some key players with strong marketing experience from other sectors (such as FMCG) to lead their retail or consumer banking efforts as Marketing Managers or Product Managers.
