'Convergys' delegation

A delegation from 'Convergys' and the Egyptian Ministry of Communication & Information Technology has recently visited skill-link.com. 'Convergys' is a leading global player in the field of call centers, billing and customer care services. It employs more than 60,000 people in 57 contact centers around the world.  

 

The purpose of the visit and the meeting with skill-link.com's management was to assess the availability of skilled professionals in Egypt and the ongoing salary levels in the country, to assess the viability of 'Convergys' establishing on the ground operations in Egypt.
Skill-link.com having the largest database of Egyptian professionals in the country, and a track record in conducting salary and skill surveys, was able to provide the delegation with an indepth and objective assessment of the market. If such a move by 'Convergys' materializes, it would be a welcomed addition to employment opportunities.
