In a recent article on human resources and skill availability in the newest field of work and employment in Egypt – real estate mortgage, the weekly business newspaper “Al Mal” interviewed skill-link.com on its views on skills available in that field, and how to fulfill the emerging staffing needs of companies operating in that industry.

Sherif Samy, skill-link.com’s Chairman was quoted at length commenting on the very limited supply of experienced professionals in that field. He stated that only a handful of them exist in Egypt, all having acquired there experience by working abroad, namely in North America. He also presented a few suggestions on how the existing education programs in universities, and professional development course offerings should respond to that emerging skill need, if we want that new industry to succeed in Egypt.
